How long does it take to process my art print order?
All products are made to order, especially for you. It will take about 1-3 days to process your order. After that, they will be ready to ship. You will receive another email when your order is shipped.
How long does it take to process my custom illustrated map order?
Once I’ve confirmed all the details of your map, it will take around 2–3 weeks to complete your illustration. After your final approval, I’ll send you the digital map file—no physical product will be shipped.
If you’d like a printed version, I’m happy to arrange printing for an additional fee!
How long does it take to ship to me?
All orders will be shipped via USPS from California. First Class shipping will usually take 3-7 days to get to the rest of the country from Los Angeles, depending on your location. Priority mail may take about 3 days. Arrival date of the orders are not guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate shipping is $5. Free shipping on order over $75.
What if my packages are delayed, or lost?
USPS considers packages to be lost after being in the postal system for more than 15 days. Delays caused by the courier are unfortunate. Replacement will only be dispatched after this period of time has elapsed.
What if I put the wrong address?
Please double check to put the correct address when check out. Customer will be responsible for second shipping charge to ship the package again.
